What is No Excuses Week?

No Excuses Week is for returning members only (having participated in any BCSF classes ever, qualifies you). The workouts are 1.5 hours long and are even more vigorous than a typical BCSF workout. They are intended to give returning members an extra push to push past your plateaus and introduce circuits/routines that we don’t have time for in our typical 1 hour workouts.

Workouts will take place 3 days a week and schedules for individual No Excuses Week will be posted as they become available.
