Explain Your Fitness Assessment Process to Me
- Advanced Fitness Assessments include a body composition test (body fat testing) and taking your body circumference measurements. These take place the Saturday before the first day of each six-week session. Follow-up assessments happen the first Saturday following the sixth week of the session.
- Basic Fitness Assessments will be performed for each client, on the first day of class at the start of each six-week session. It will include basic performance tests based on standards from the American College of Sports Medicine.
